Jenica Roesner | Licensed Architect | Certified Building Biology Advocate
Jenica’s interest in architecture started in her childhood. She always loved art, drawing, and design. She started drawing houses at an early age and never stopped. It became a passion that fueled her desire to make it a career.
After getting her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from UT Austin, she went on to work for several highly successful and award-winning Austin based architecture and construction companies. Here she was exposed to a wide array of commercial, institutional, and residential project types.
Through the 20 years of her professional career, her passion for designing homes remained at the forefront. It became a mission to be able to give someone a home that evokes peace, comfort, and beauty in every view. Each project is a livable piece of art that is not only functional and respectful of the surrounding environment, but one that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.
After meeting Bill, her dreams of creating beautiful homes together became a reality, with the perfect marriage of her designs and his builds. In 2015, they founded rosehouse Design | Build, where she focuses on creating spaces and homes that make you feel good.

Bill Roesner | General Contractor
Bill has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years. He started out as a framer right out of college and worked in various other trades for a local home builder and rental management company
In 1991, he started his own company doing make ready's for apartment homes and progressed into remodels, additions, and new construction for single family homes.
In 2015, he joined his wife to build projects under rosehouse Design | Build. His vast experience in all trades and managing projects gives him a deeper understanding of the construction process and how things should be built soundly and beautifully. He’s a team player in every project, jumping in at a moment’s notice to join his subs to finish a job. His attention to detail is extraordinary, and his dedication to produce beautiful work is ingrained in every task.
